For agents and teams

Commission in, expenses out, taxes not a surprise.

Your income arrives in uneven lumps with no withholding. We turn your statements into quarterly books so you know your real profit before the estimated payment is due.

Nobody withholds anything for you.

Uneven income. Three closings in one month, none the next. A bank balance tells you nothing about what you owe. Expenses everywhere. Brokerage splits, desk fees, marketing, mileage, staging, client gifts, CE credits, and a personal card that got used at a Home Depot for a listing. Quarterly estimates guessed. Most agents pick a number, hope, and find out in April.

Clean books, timed to your estimates.

Commission income net of splits. Gross commission and brokerage split tracked separately, so you see what you actually earned. Expenses categorized the way your return needs them. Advertising, vehicle, dues, continuing education, and the rest, sorted the first time. Delivered before the estimated payment. Books arrive ahead of each quarterly deadline, so your preparer or you can size the payment from real numbers. Year-end package. P&L, balance sheet and general ledger for whoever files your return, whether that is us or your own CPA.

Most agents are on our smallest plan.

Lite, $300 a quarter: up to 75 transactions, one or two accounts. Most solo agents fit here. Simple, $450 a quarter: up to 250 transactions. Teams and higher-volume agents. Behind on last year: from $1,500, rolling into quarterly service.

Agent questions

I run everything through one account, business and personal.
Very common. We can sort it, and it moves you up a plan because it takes more work. We will also help you separate them going forward, which makes everything cheaper.
I have an S corp for my commissions.
Fine. The books are the same work. Payroll runs through your provider and shows up as a line we categorize.
What about mileage?
Mileage is a log you keep, not something statements show. We track your vehicle spending, and your preparer decides between actual expenses and the standard rate.
Do you file my return?
Bookkeeping and tax preparation are separate. Tax GPS Group can quote the return separately, or your own preparer can use the year-end package.

Stop guessing at your quarterly payment.
