The price is the whole price
No software subscription on top. Cancel QuickBooks and keep the savings.
No QuickBooks. No Xero, Wave or FreshBooks either. Nothing to learn, nothing to log into, no subscription. Every quarter we turn your bank and card statements into a clean P&L and balance sheet, checked by our tax team and ready for your estimated taxes.
Most small businesses pay for software and a person to run it. We cut out the software and keep the second set of eyes.
$100/mo reflects the Lite plan at $300 a quarter. Plans run from $300 to $1,200 a quarter depending on transaction volume.
QuickBooks Essentials list price as of October 2026, excluding introductory discounts. Bookkeeper cost assumes 8 to 10 hours a month at $35 an hour. Both vary by provider and by how much work your books need.
Once a quarter, send your bank and card statements through a secure upload link. CSV downloads or PDFs, either works.
Everything gets categorized and reconciled. If a charge is unclear, you get a short list of questions instead of a login.
Your P&L, balance sheet and general ledger arrive as PDF and Excel files, timed ahead of quarterly estimated taxes.
No software subscription on top. Cancel QuickBooks and keep the savings.
Every quarter gets a second set of eyes from our tax team, so surprises do not wait until tax season.
Categories, owner draws and documentation organized so your preparer can actually use them.
Your books live in PDF and Excel files you keep, not locked inside someone else's platform.
Best fit: cash-basis businesses with a handful of bank and card accounts and payroll through a provider. Own several LLCs? Each one gets its own books at its own plan, minus $50 a quarter.
Your plan is set by transaction volume. We confirm it from your first set of statements, then review it once a year and move it up or down with your actual volume. Changes take effect at renewal, never retroactively.
Solo operators, agents, single rental LLCs
Small service businesses with a crew or two
Busier operations, several cards, weekly payouts
High volume, or several entities under one roof
Takes about two minutes. No call required.
Priced per quarter you’re behind, from your plan level. You’ll see your exact catch-up price with your quote, before you pay anything. Rolls straight into quarterly service.
Over 1,200 transactions a quarter, five or more entities, or personal and business mixed in one account? Bigger than our largest plan, or something unusual? Say so in the quote and we’ll come back to you.
More than one business. Each entity gets its own books, priced on its own size, with $50 off every additional one you own. A $750 operating company plus two $300 rental LLCs comes to $1,250 a quarter. Each entity is invoiced separately, so the cost lands on the books it belongs to. We can combine them into one invoice if you prefer.
Want books monthly instead of quarterly. Add 70%. On the Simple plan that is $765 a quarter instead of $450, or about $255 a month.
Getting started. A one-time $250 setup, plus $100 for each additional entity. This covers your opening balances, loan and asset records, and building the rules for how your transactions get categorized.
Handing over financial records takes trust. Here is exactly how we handle them.
Statements only, sent through our secure upload and never by email. We have no access to your accounts and cannot move money.
Uploads travel over TLS 1.3 and are stored with AES 256-bit encryption, on a platform certified to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Date, description and amount. Your account and routing numbers are never extracted.
We work under business agreements that prohibit it, on accounts we control.
Once your books are delivered we delete the source files. You keep the finished financials.
Two-factor on every account, and access limited to the people working on your books. Available on request.
Errors and omissions, cyber liability, and general liability coverage, carried by Tax GPS Group LLC.
Tally Quarter is operated by Tax GPS Group, a tax preparation and strategy firm. Your books are built by people who prepare returns for a living, so they arrive in the shape your return actually needs.
What we do, and what stays yours
We prepare your books from the statements and answers you give us, and every account is reconciled to its closing balance. We do not audit or independently verify what you send, and we are not an audit, review or compilation service. Your tax positions stay between you and your tax preparer.
Answer a few questions and see your price. We will confirm your plan from your first statements and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
